When you complete the contact or callback form on this website, we process the following data:

  • Phone number
  • Event date and location
  • Event type and desired show
  • Any additional comments or questions

We do not collect data via advertising cookies. Only analytical cookies are used to understand website traffic (see our cookie notice in the cookie banner).

3. How do we use your data?

Your data is used solely for:

  • Responding to your quote request or callback request
  • Planning and confirming bookings
  • Communication about your event

We do not send commercial newsletters unless you explicitly consent.

4. Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the agreement and/or handle your request, and thereafter for a maximum of 2 years for administrative purposes.

5. Third parties

For email delivery we use Resend (resend.com). Your name and email address are shared with Resend solely to send the confirmation email. Resend does not process your data for their own marketing purposes.

We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to object
