Team Building Workshop

Learn magic together: build trust, presentation skills and fun

A team building that genuinely connects people? Give them something to be amazed about together. In a workshop with Sudesh Roman your team learns astonishing magic tricks, and along the way discovers something about communication, presentation and trust.

A team building nobody forgets

Classic team buildings are often predictable. A magic workshop isn't. Everyone (from CEO to intern) starts at zero, and within 10 minutes everyone experiences that 'something impossible' can suddenly come from them too. That moment of 'wow, I can really do this' is what sticks.

What do participants learn?

Sudesh teaches the team 3 to 5 astonishing routines that they can perform the same evening to friends or family. Alongside that, broader themes naturally emerge: how do you steer attention, how do you build tension, how do you sell a story. Pure soft skills, wrapped as spectacle.

How the workshop unfolds

We start with a short show to put everyone in the right frame of mind. Then we split into small groups and get to work. Sudesh coaches personally. At the end, teams perform their tricks to each other and there's room for a closing performance by Sudesh as the cherry on top.

Frequently asked

Does this work for people with 'two left hands'?

Absolutely. Sudesh selects tricks that work for everyone, nobody is embarrassed.

What do we need at the venue?

Tables and chairs so every participant can sit and practise. Optionally a microphone for the plenary moments.

Can we combine the workshop with an evening show?

That's a popular combo: workshop during the day, close-up magic during dinner and a central show in the evening.
