Nigel Otermans (Maastricht, 4 December 2001) is a Dutch illusionist. At the age of eleven he saw a magic trick and started doing magic himself — the beginning of a strikingly rapid rise in Dutch illusion art.

Young talent with prizes
Otermans won several prizes, including the title of Dutch Youth Champion of Stage Magic in 2019. That same year he was invited to take part in the Hans Klok Trophy, although things went wrong during the final of his act.
In 2020 he came first at Kunstbende Theater, and in 2022 he crowned himself Dutch champion of illusionism. He was also a finalist at Circus Got Talent.
Television and a documentary of his own
Otermans was a guest on television programmes such as Beau and Dijkstra & Evenblij ter plekke, and he performed at the Medammecour in 2019 and 2023.
In 2023 the documentary This Magic Moment about his life appeared, produced by Orange Media and broadcast by Omroep MAX on NPO 2. In the film he proposes to his assistant — a personal highlight that brings together his love of magic and of life.
